My climbing partner Alex Evans and I set out for an adventure together in Yosemite National Park. We were climbing the Zodiac route on El Capitan when a fierce autumn storm hit us. I was nearly 100 feet above Alex when the first raindrops hit us and thunder clapped, BOOM! As I was lowered down to our portaledge where we would endure the storm I managed to snap this frame.
